Positive: Beds were very comfortable. Layout was good. Kitchen dishes, pots and pans and available spices and cooking oils were much appreciated. Pet friendly. Lots of towels. Quiet location. Close to town. Paved Parking. Responsiveness of the management.
Negative: Several things needed to be addressed. Since that's happening now, I'm not willing to list them here. They are taking care of things once they are made aware.
The lack of a closet in the master suite.
Musty small in the front bedroom closet
Summary: Wonderful place for a gathering.

Positive: It was clean, spacious, great location, quiet, close to town but felt nestled away. The decor and furniture were great. The beds were comfortable. Two bathrooms were great and very helpful!
Negative: The patio was dirty. Outlet cover in bedroom was missing which would be a safety concern for small kids. The keypad gave us all kinds of issues and I’m not sure it worked correctly. The pull out sofa beds were uncomfortable and short for an adult. We were concerned upon arrival because there are attached quarters that people were in including a child and dog. I did not see that this attached living quarters were included in the listing. This made us feel very uncomfortable. After we went to dinner and came back it was quiet on that side for the rest of our stay and ended up being just fine. Just something to be aware of.
Summary: House was clean and spacious and perfect for our family. A few small tweaks and disclosures would be helpful for future

Positive:
Very clean and smelled nice, lots of towels.
Negative:
Not enough blankets for the sofa beds (in fact no blankets & no pillows for the sofa beds, but there were lots of fitted sheets (but they made a poor blanket!). Also, no instructions I could find for TVs, and the batteries were dead in 2 of 3 remote controls. If had working electronics and a little coffee provided for a morning fix, would have been a nearly perfect score. Still, a very nice comfortable place to stay.
Summary: A very nice comfortable place to stay!

Positive:
Great location to walk down into Point arena! You are a 5 minute walk to coffee/groceries and can have a drink or glass of wine without worrying about driving back. Beautiful unit located in a small field. Absolutely fantastic for 2-6 people. Has a nice woodburning stove and gathering spaces on the two porches. Very reasonably priced. Makes a great home base for weekend activities! Can't wait to come back!
Negative:
I think the oven may have been broken but really didn't affect us. Stovetop worked fine for making breakfast/dinner.
Summary: Great value and location; steps to point arena!

Positive:
The home was spacious, clean, and well appointed. We were in town for my daughter’s wedding and had lots of room for floral arrangements, hair and make up, and the photographer. We would love to come again!
Negative:
Directions to the actual house were a little confusing. Using the church as a landmark would help.
Summary: A perfect place to stay in Point Arena!
