“What a great last minute find! Beautiful little hotel in a lovely town and so convenient for a train ride into Freiburg (with the free pass kindly supplied by the hotel - super lovely receptionist couldn’t do enough for us). Lovely generous sized room with a surprise addition of an outside space, great for making the most of the sunshine. Breakfast was fabulous, all in all, a perfect stay! Thank you so much.”

“Convenient for the train station (about 13 minutes walk) there is a bus that stops right outside the hotel which takes you to the train station. Not many run but its handy when you have your suitcases. The receptionist was extremely nice, friendly and very helpful. The room was large, clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was a fan in the room, which we found useful as it was very hot in August. There was plenty of choice for breakfast, including cereals, meat, cheeses, scrambled egg, bacon, sausages, fruit and bread. All delicious. Highly recommend.”

“Breakfast was the best part of this hotel, and the staff were really friendly. Overall our stay was ok, the rooms at not at all sound proof and through no fault of the hotel a man was shouting in the middle of the night and kept me up, then there’s the 7am church bells. If you’re a light sleeper I’d avoid, if not give it a stay!”

“The comfort room is very clean and the terrace is wonderful. It took only 15 min. to Freiburg downtown. The surroundings of the hotel is quiet. I will definitely visite again this hotel, if I would come to Freiburg!”
