Apartment with lots of character renovated by a prestigious architect and fully equipped. It has a large bright living room open on a balcony. The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a beautiful building with an elevator.
Housing
This apartment, completely renovated and equipped, can accommodate up to 4 people (one bedroom equipped with a double bed and a living room equipped with a double sofa bed also and very comfortable). You will enjoy the apartment in full and will be free to use all the equipment. Sheets and towels are fully provided. Unlimited internet (fiber optic), TV, equipped kitchen, coffee machine, washing machine, microwave, and mobile air conditioner.
Access of travelers
Access to the entire housing (not shared with the owner).
Other remarks
The cleaning fee includes cleaning upon arrival and after check-out but also linen, towels, toiletries, and coffee upon arrival.
Only one set of keys will be given for your stay.
You will be asked to show an original version of your ID in person upon arrival when you collect the keys.
I will welcome you at the apartment the day of your arrival. Do not hesitate to tell me more about your arrival time.
Arrival times are between 2 pm and 8 pm. Outside these hours and subject to availability, an extra charge will be required:
- 2 pm to 5 pm: 20€
- 8 pm to 11 pm: 20 €
No check in after 11 pm will be done.
When you leave, thank you to return the accommodation as you found it on your arrival.
The cleaning fee will be charged a second time in case of failure to respect the time limit for departure.
Thank you for your understanding. Once you get back, unwind on the balcony most units feature, or head down to the pool and fitness center for a change of scenery. Every suite comes with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and cashless, contactless self check-in via the virtual front desk. A private bathroom, single-room air conditioning, and a full kitchen are featured in every 42–91 m² suite or studio. King beds furnish the 1-bedroom suites, while studios pair a queen with a sofa bed, and select studios add a soaking bathtub. Full toiletries are stocked throughout, and thanks to the in-unit washer and dryer, you’ll be able to travel light.
