Housing
This fully renovated and equipped apartment can accommodate 2 people with a bedroom equipped with a queen size bed (160x200). You will benefit from the entire apartment and will be free to use all the facilities. Unlimited internet, equipped kitchen, coffee machine, washing machine and many more.
Travelers access
Access to the entire accommodation (is not shared with the owner).
Other remarks
The cleaning costs include cleaning on your arrival and after your departure but also the household linen as well as towels, toiletries and coffee for your arrival.
You will only be given one set of keys for your stay.
You will be asked to show an original version of your ID in person upon arrival when you collect the keys.
I will welcome you at the apartment the day of your arrival. Don't hesitate to tell me more about your arrival time.
Arrival times are between 2 pm and 8 pm. Outside these hours and subject to availability, an extra charge will be required:
- 2 pm to 5 pm: 20€
- 8 pm to 11 pm: 20 €
No check in after 11 pm will be done.
When you leave, please return the accommodation as you found it upon arrival.
Cleaning fees will be billed to you a second time if you do not respect the departure deadline.

The neighborhood
Nicolas's accommodation is located in Lyon, France.
Located in the heart of Lyon, you will find, right under your windows, all the most attractive attractions offered by our City of Lights. You will find something for everyone, restaurants, bars, museums, markets on the Quays of Soane and direct access to Vieux-Lyon. By staying here, you will be able to move almost exclusively on foot and have access to the Old Town, including Fourvière, St Jean and its St Paul and St Georges cathedrals, Les Traboules and its famous Lyonnais traffic jams.
transport network
15 minutes from Part Dieu train station on foot, two minutes by foot from Massena metro station (line A). Airport: 1/2 hour by taxi and 45min by shuttle (from Gare de Lyon Part-Dieu).
If you arrive by car, you can park at the LPA - Morand paying car park: Place Maréchal Lyautey, 69006 Lyon, which is close to the apartment. Paid spaces are also located right next to the building depending on availability.
