Positive: The location was not bad. The property needed some lighting, especially coming up to the door of the property at night. The rooms were very nice sized, but the spiders and ants, we’re over bearing. If it had not been for the spiders and ants and no air conditioning, our trip would have been wonderful at least up to a rating of an eight or nine. Some updating house would be appreciated.
Negative: I dislike not having lighting coming up to the door at night. The house needs a little light along the walkway. I also disliked all the ants, giant ants at that, and spiders. One couple said they saw a roach. A good exterminator may solve the ant, roach and spider problem. An extra would be to have televisions in the bedrooms, would be a nice touch.

Negative: Generally it was fine, but it did need a little upgrading. The faucets don’t shut off easily and a couple of cabinet doors didn’t shut properly. The rugs also need a good shampoo.
