Positive: We loved the location—easy walking distance to Top of Innsbruck Nordkette tours and the main train station. A peaceful park across the street was perfect for relaxing. Public transport was close by.
Breakfast was generous and felt thoughtfully prepared by the family-run team. Dinner offered a wide menu with indoor and outdoor seating. We especially enjoyed the non-alcoholic white grape drink—so good we bought a bottle to take with us!
Our triple room was spacious, clean, and cosy, with great mountain views from the top floor. Bathroom facilities were excellent, with strong water pressure and good ventilation. Plenty of storage and an in-room safe.
The hosts—Claudia, Helena, and Claudia’s brother—were warm and welcoming. We’d definitely stay again and highly recommend this hotel
Negative: Nothing

The breakfast was very good.

We were disappointed that for a 3 night stay our room was on the small side. It would have been fine for the odd night but not for 3.
