“Booked a double and a twin room and received 2 twin rooms. Was in the lift going upto yo 10th floor, a staff member got in on the seventh floor and took the lift back down to the first floor. Not impressed. ”

“The towels are really old as some reviews have mentioned and coming off the seams. Vent and lighting can clearly see some mold. The shower has a bit of a smell coming from the drain before the soaps cover the scent which isn't the most hygienic. The phone does not work to contact the reception. No bathrobes. Honestly thought this was a 3 star hotel from the state of it, but being a 4 star hotel this is a really bad experience. The location is truly the best thing going for the hotel and the only reason why I booked it”

“Really close to Outram MRT to get you anywhere. Gym and pool are decent and the rooms are quite spacious and clean! Overall pretty good hotel, the bar is abit small and did not have breakfast at the hotel to comment.”

“The rooms are clean, well-designed and fairly big. Staff is courteous and helpful. The hotel is located beside the train so it’s accessible to everywhere. There are many restaurants and bars around which are within walking distance. ”
