Here you can experience peaceful and quiet evenings, relaxing by the fire pit, fishing out of the acre pond or just sit by the water and enjoy a fire on the dock in the chimina. You are 5 minutes from the quaint town of Emory where you will find restaurants, shopping, and supermarkets. You are 10 minutes from Lake Fork and Lake Tawakoni where there’s great fishing, 20 minutes from Canton’s historical First Monday and 25 minutes away from the charming town of Sulphur Springs. Plenty of parking for your boat! Come for the day or the week, relax and leave refreshed!

Quiet cottage in beautiful setting. We stayed after spending the day at Canton Trade Days. It was a wonderful place to kick back after a long day of walking/shopping.
This place was exactly what we were looking for. We were in Emory for one night and needed a place to stay. The price was lower than any of the hotels in the area and it was close to where we needed to be. It was super clean and private. We would consider staying here again for a whole weekend.
Beautiful property that was quiet and felt like ours the entire time. Most thoughtful hosts I have ever experienced. Absolutely perfect retreat for anyone looking to get some peace and quiet.
