“Poor check in. We reserved 2 queen beds and was told they didn’t have that. Only had a king. We had 4 people. They found a room, gave us keys that didn’t work, was given new keys. They worked only to find the room had one bed. Came back down, was told again they didn’t have 2 queen room. Then they ‘’found’’ another room. This one was correct. ”

“Check In nightmare, once finally checked in late the room was dirty. Had to argue for compensation. I wouldn’t recommend seems like a very unorganized system or staff.”

“The hotel was good overall. However the bed wasn’t very comfortable, and the AC in my room made an extremely loud noise when it would come on and run for the duration of time ran to keep the room at set temperature. The noise would periodically wake me out of my sleep”

“Had to wait a few mins because there was no front desk person to check me in, then we left early the next day due to bad wifi. My boyfriend had to work on his laptop in the room and we had to leave early in the morning due to bad wifi.”
