This hotel was so clean and the staff was very attentive! You have to stay at least one night and experience the 5 star treatment and delicious chocolate chip cookies with walnuts.
Upon arrival on Friday @ 6pm, I didn’t appreciate that there was no one at the front desk to check me in. Some manager came over & instead of him checking me in, he went to find the girl that was assigned to the desk. No apology, nothing!! Horrible customer service.
I think the only downside to this hotel is there is no free coffee in the lobby area. Yes, they do provide a single serve coffee maker in the room, though im very hesitant to make a cup of coffee from these units as they could contain mold if not properly cleaned. Also breakfast was also an additional charge. Ive spent less on a room in other places and have had breakfast included.
