Hotel was very clean. They had breakfast and was delicious but not complimentary. It was a great place to stay downtown and walking distance from all the food and experiences.

It was an ok hotel. Didn’t think it was worth the price. Plus had to pay additional for parking. Would think it should have been included in the cost.

The room was unclean and the air was barely functional. The staff moved us to a different room due to a crack in the tub, brown stains on the bathroom wall, and a layer of dirt in the shower for the first room. The second room was somewhat cleaner, but barely so. I’d recommend staying any other place if possible. I actually felt more dirty after a show and a nights stay than before. The breakfast was lack luster and the fruit was a day away from rotting.

A/c in the room was nice and cold

We booked a King room which was not clean when we entered room. They offered a Double Queen room with a River view and free breakfast as a solution. Room was adequate but disappointing and the breakfast was terrible. Buffet pans empty, eggs dry, bacon absent and the sausage was like hockey pucks. Omelets orders done incorrectly. Plates crashing in the back kitchen. I'm glad I didn't have to pay for that. Stained cement on the waterfall made it look bad too. Things just looked dirty. The only bright spot was the clever free cookie gimmick.

Garage was supposedly full for free parking. We had to park across the street In a garage where the was several people hanging out and drinking late. My daughter and I came back at 11 and was pretty scared to even get out of the car. Hotel is very noisy and overly priced food and breakfast.

Nathan at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was extremely clean and good sized. Exactly what we needed. Good locale. Close to shops, river, dining, Illinois.

The room smelled kinda musty. The AC didn’t seem to be cooling very well. Over all it wasn’t awful but probably wouldn’t stay there again.’

This is a very nice hotel. I though the breakfast should have been included.

Staff was dismissal about requests and had seemingly little control over other guests abhorrent behavior. Every additional "service" that any basic hotel provides was an additional charge. I have stayed here in the past. Will never make this mistake again.
