“Location of the hotel was brilliant. My son treated me for my 60th birthday as I loved visiting Istanbul before. So he booked it. We all had lovely rooms , my husband & I , my middle son & his wife & youngest son. Except for my eldest son he had the smallest room especially hard with a toddler. They complained to the manager & were moved to a bigger room however that was after a few days. That should not have happened. They should have been given a larger room at the beginning.”

“The king size room was tiny, you had barely enough space to walk around the bed. The bathroom was equally small. Barely enough space to open and close the door. The windows were extremely dirty. This did not feel like a Hilton to be honest and I will not come back to this hotel.”
