“Booked the suite. Checked bed frame and found a bug. Front desk assured it was not a bed bug but had no more suites available so we were downgraded to a regular room. The staff especially Amber was very understanding and did everything they could do in their power. Breakfast was ok but not worth the $20/person cost. ”

“Everything was outstanding except for the very low toilets. However, we are in our seventies, so that is more of an issue for older people. We appreciated the little things like a bathroom nightlight and a quiet heating/cooling system.”
