Summary: Our stay had its good and had its bad. While we loved the location, pool and how comfortable the beds were we were very disappointed in the over all condition of our room. The walls are filthy, the floors were no different. The furniture in our room (room 8) was VERY weathered. The tv didn’t work. The upkeep on this place isn’t great. When adjusting the temp on the a/c the vent was COVERED in mold. Other rooms did seem to be in better condition but room 8 is in dire need of TLC.

Summary: So I was waiting for my son. A worker came told me I couldn't stand there then. Looked at my car, which was in a parking space, told me to move it into a space that I know it wouldn't fit. And then the other space she wanted meeting, put my car, I'd have to run over the curb. She gave me such a hard time and to top it off. You can't miss that I have one leg. So I have to have the door open to get in little difficult. I had my bathing suit on. So obviously she could see it so rude!

Summary: The towels were small and scratchy. Pillows were flat and cheap. Internet was weak or nonexistent. TV in the one room never did work right. Air conditioners in both rooms were loud. Had to turn one off on the second night because it was so loud.
Positive about it was Staff did there best to accommodate when they could. They were helpful and friendly.

Summary: staff nasty during check in and difficult to understand. online reservation paid using virtual card so unable to present at check in. presented ID but still would not accept that. Room small, no exhaust fan in bathroom

Summary: Great room that was very clean. Enjoyed their pool to cool off while the ocean is only footsteps away. Excellent staff! Highly recommend!
