Positive: It is 100 yds from the beach with a lovely cafe. It is perfectly positioned for the port the station and the restaurants and the coast road.
Negative: It it situated between the coast road and the railway line and all that that entails. Facilities were reasonable if a little basic. Washing machine and air con were welcome. No dryer.
Summary: No frills.

Positive: We really enjoyed the location of the apartment, which is close to the sea. We also appreciated the beautiful view from the second-floor window.
There was enough kitchenware for four people, and the small private courtyard where we could park our car was a very nice bonus.
It was also very convenient to have two toilets on different floors and a spacious shower.
We particularly appreciated that the apartment had been cooled with air conditioning before our arrival, which was very welcome in the hot weather.
Negative: We were disappointed that an early check-in, approximately three hours before the official check-in time, costs an additional €30. We felt this was quite a high extra charge for only a few hours.
The kitchen does not have air conditioning, so during hot weather it becomes rather uncomfortable there, especially when cooking.
We also noticed that the apartment was quite dusty. There was a significant amount of dust on various surfaces as well as on the floor. It gave us the impression that the apartment had not been thoroughly cleaned shortly before our arrival.
Unfortunately, we were also very disappointed by an issue with a pair of shoes that my husband accidentally left in the apartment. We are absolutely certain that the shoes were left there, and we even clearly indicated where they had been. The host initially promised to check the apartment, but later informed us that the shoes could not be found.
This was particularly upsetting because the shoes had a special sentimental value to my husband. Unfortunately, we were not able to get them back.

Ideally located around the corner from the beach and only a few blocks from the train station. The view from the upstairs balcony is beautiful, the layout is excellent (including a half-bath on the ground floor), and the host was responsive and pleasant.
Negative:
Unfortunately, the back side of the property is on a busy street, so that bedroom is loud all night. Thankfully, there is air conditioning and a ceiling fan to allow you to keep the windows shut. The wifi was very weak on both floors. The outdoor furniture and floors were very dusty, but everything else was clean and welcoming. Really minor complaints on a truly wonderful stay (unless you need to work from there with wifi).
Summary: beautiful, comfortable property in fantastic location

First of all it’s excellent location very close to the beach,virtually next door to an excellent restaurant with others close- by , quick access to other shops, Mandelieu
Town centre + the large Geant Casino shopping Mall.
Negative:
Nothing really- everything was as described and worked perfectly, we had a rather large car which was a little difficult to park and exit due the overhanging garden bushes.
Garbage bins were difficult to find.
Summary: Excellent host who perfectly explained the key box and provided the code

There we’re everything that we needed in the apartment. The property was new and clean. The location was excellent: 0.5 mins by foot to the nearest beach, 5 mins by foot to the other beautiful beaches, grocery store and restaurants were nearby. Also we had a good view from the balcony.
Negative:
It would be nice to have beach towels and a little bit more toiletries.
