“Our visit to Eclipse Winery was truly memorable. The wine tour and tasting were thoughtfully curated and very engaging. Marika’s deep knowledge of wines made the entire experience even more special — she explained every detail with passion and clarity. Her hospitality deserves a special mention — from the moment we arrived she treated us like personal guests rather than visitors. She patiently answered every question, tailored the tasting to our preferences, and ensured we were comfortable throughout our time there. Her warmth and genuine care created such a relaxed atmosphere that we never felt rushed and could fully enjoy the vineyard. Even though we were alone in the beautiful vineyard, we felt completely safe (helped by the two friendly dogs keeping watch 😊). A special thank you to Marika for hosting us so gracefully — she turned a simple stay into a personal, welcoming and unforgettable experience. “My stay was outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The host, Tamar, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The room was spotless, cozy, and beautifully maintained. I especially appreciated the peaceful environment and stunning views of the surrounding mountains and vineyards. Every little detail—comfort, cleanliness, and quiet—was just right. Breakfast was exceptional: homemade, hearty, and ideally suited to fuel a long day to explore the beauty of the Kvareli area. The location is ideal—close enough to the town center but far enough to enjoy complete tranquility. I want to discuss the winery experience further. The company Eclipse is absolutely serious about winemaking. Even with my inexperience, the factory looked so advanced; lots of new technologies were installed and used for wine and brandy making. And a free guided tour of the winery was so enjoyable for my wife and me that we could not get tired of walking and exploring the area. The evening ended with a wine tasting and music in front of the fireplace (the wines we tasted were probably among the best, if not the best, I've ever had). The next morning, I decided to do a short run around the property, ohh, it was a stunning view around, and a friendly, cute black dog was running together with me :) Thank you, Tamar, David, and the staff for making an exceptionally delicious breakfast. I will definitely stay at the Eclipse Winery more in the future.”
