“They were in the middle of renovations BUT......I explained I was having breathing issues and needed as close as possible. They booked me in a room in another building with the room at the END of a LONG hallway. No offer of help of any kind. Thankfully, a young man that actually worked there found me about to collapse on the way to my room and helped me get there safely.”
