“Although the area had their power knocked out by severe storms, they still honored my husband and I’s booking. The front desk lady was super helpful and explained what had happened, unlike the previous hotel we had booked a room with that turned us away w/o explanation. Would absolutely stay again”

“The rooms were clean and bathroom was clean. The owner is really cool.”

“The lady who checked me in was so sweet and it was quick. However, the room was just very dirty. Floor wasn't swept or mopped. Maybe in months. Spider webs in the corner, behind the beds and the bottom of the mattresses was gross. Definitely needs upgrades and new housekeeping staff. But, the property itself was clean and quiet.”

“I am sure people stay at this hotel multiple times, and the primary reason I continue to return is because of one exceptional team member—Ramona. She consistently goes above and beyond, demonstrating genuine kindness, empathy, and professionalism. Her ability to make guests feel valued truly stands out, and she is, without question, the highlight of every stay. If this review were based solely on her service, it would be five stars across the board. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was impacted by an unexpected and deeply personal situation. I had a death in the family and was unable to make my scheduled reservation. While I understand that policies are in place for a reason, the lack of flexibility or compassion shown in this circumstance was disappointing. Situations involving loss are not planned, and a bit of understanding can go a long way in building lasting customer relationships. It was especially disheartening to lose not only the reservation cost due to the non-refundable policy, but also the opportunity to attend a long-anticipated Notre Dame concert Luke Combs”

“The room was clean and the towels weren’t scratchy. That was about it for the good. I had to be watchful of the door because it may or may not latch when you closed it. Had a difficult time getting the tv on, the “breakfast” was laughable and I either King Kong above me walking normally or someone who was trying to stomp through the floor ALL night!”

“The room was clean, the AC unit worked great (important for me cause I like the room cold at night), the bed was on the harder side (the way I like it), and the staff was nice. I will say if you’re staying there for the free breakfast - it was basically cereal and a few muffins. ”
