* Parking: If you arrive by car, there are some parking spaces at the side of the street (payable at the parking ticket machines). If you drive towards "Hubertusbrunnen" and turn left into "Südliche Auffahrtsallee", you will find free parking spaces on both sides of the street.
Alternatively there is the parking garage "Park ONE" at Lilli-Palmer-Str. 2.
* Internet: free high-speed WIFI in the whole apartment.
* Fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, large refrigerator, stove and oven.
* Dish towels and dishwashing liquid.
* Washing machine and washing powder.

The Neighborhood:
In the best residential area of Munich - in the district Neuhausen directly at the Rotkreuzplatz - this apartment offers exclusive living in a quiet courtyard location.
The district Neuhausen is one of the most sought-after residential areas of Munich and offers the flair of timelessly beautiful old building architecture combined with the pulsating life of the big city. In the immediate vicinity you will find a very good infrastructure with numerous cafés, restaurants and a multi-layered pub scene as well as shops for daily needs. For this purpose we have hung up an overview map in the apartment for our guests.
The nearby city centre, the spacious park around the world-famous Nymphenburg Palace with its museums and the Botanical Garden can be reached within a few minutes by public transport or by car.

Getting Around:
It is only a 1 minute walk to the underground station "Rotkreuzplatz" (U1/U7).
Tram 12, bus 53 and night bus N43 also stop right outside the door.
The Upper Bavarian lakes and the Alps are also within easy distance to reach by car or train.
The apartment can be reached barrier-free.

Other Things to Note:
Just a few rules
* We offer peace and quiet in the city, for our guests and our neighbours. Therefore, parties and noise are not welcome. Quiet hours are from 10 pm on.
* The apartment is a non-smoking environment.
* There is interest in booking more than one apartment? We would be happy to make you a personal offer.

The apartment is privately used by our guests. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at any time. Once you get back, unwind on the balcony most units feature, or head down to the pool and fitness center for a change of scenery. Every suite comes with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and cashless, contactless self check-in via the virtual front desk. A private bathroom, single-room air conditioning, and a full kitchen are featured in every 42–91 m² suite or studio. King beds furnish the 1-bedroom suites, while studios pair a queen with a sofa bed, and select studios add a soaking bathtub. Full toiletries are stocked throughout, and thanks to the in-unit washer and dryer, you’ll be able to travel light.
