Positive:
Location, premises, pools, saunas, etc.
Negative:
The service, particularly of one person, who had an attitude, bad manners. But also with the lack of more people at the hotel, everything has to be done or asked at the reception
Summary: Good hotel, great location and amenities!

Positive:
The hotel has an excellent wellness centre with exercisd room, squash court, finnish suna, pool, hammam (wet sauna).
The surrounding area is very pretty: lake nearby, forrested hills.
Negative:
The comforters were weird: small width, and heavy. It's summer, a simple sheet would have been better...
The wellness sauna required a call to reception to start... why not put an on/off button?
Summary: Perfect stay in comfort in the middle of natural beauty.
