Negative: Communication could have been better. After registering online I heard nothing and had to call Rafa a couple of times who was very helpful. It would be better if they just send you an email after registering to describe the process which is that you get an email the day before you arrive with a code for the lockbox that has your key. By coincidence Rafa was there when I arrived and just gave me the keys. Great location and Rafa is a very friendly and helpful host.

Close to all the fun sights

Beds are hard and uncomfortable. I slept on the couch for the entire stay. Elevator had to have an attendant at all times and when we came back from along night with no attendant non the 7 flight of stairs is not fun
Summary: Great value for attractions but comfortably is what you trade off with value.

The location of this property was amazing! Super close to everything including the metro, el zocalo, bellas artes, food, stores, and more. The host was really kind and responsive. The apartment had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. We were looking for something centric and with comfortable, large beds. This place was perfect. We would definitely stay here again :)

The host was very nice and the people around there and the area to zacalo was close to use we liked

The stay was to hot we couldn’t open our windows because of the mosquito and the loud noises from the bar outside
