“Beautifully renovated B&B - we were marvelling at the interior design and how it felt so modern, which fit our style more than the old-fashioned cottages you tend to see in the countryside. This is truly a labor of love for owners Mark and Laura. Laura makes the most amazing hot breakfasts - avocado toast, full English, etc. They rival any served in a restaurant. The location is a bit of a drive from Snowdon (c 2 hours each way) but doable and there are other attractions nearby like the beautiful Powis Castle (National Trust). The only thing that we nitpicked is that because of COVID, we asked not to have our room disturbed during our 3 night stay but someone came in anyway to replace the towels. ”

“Top class in every way. Very personal service in a superb property. Laura and Jane looked after us very well. Was like being in a friends house as it it was so relaxed and individualised. Out of the way down a single track but that only added to the quaint nature of the location. The room was huge, biggest bathroom ever. The breakfast was like no other we have had. Made just for us, whatever we wanted and it tasted great.”
