The room features a queen bed plus a full Murphy bed that folds up into a large desk. The unit has washer/dryer, custom bathroom vanity, fridge, microwave, and Nespresso. Spacious closets with built-in dresser. Entire unit was recently updated and is meticulously maintained. Dedicated off-street parking. Perfect for college visits, romantic get-aways, writing retreats, or family travel. Close to major highways but feels a world away. No pets or parties.
Summer guests: The large and lovely pool (20' by 40') is located within a gated area adjacent to the owner's home. We're delighted to schedule your private use during agreed-upon hours, and generally between 10 am and 8 pm. Cushioned lounge chairs and pool towels make the visit even more comfortable!
