From the moment of check in to check out the staff was professional, courteous and attentive. The accommodations were extremely comfortable and clean. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Austin.

Probably the best hotel my husband and I have stayed at. Staff was super friendly, the room was spacious, clean and with all the amenities needed. Their shampoo products and lotion were amazing too!

I normally do not complain but when arriving for check in at 3:30am, the front receptionist had a terrible attitude. When offering to email my letter regarding my service animal, she refused and stated there would be 100$ charge. I refused to debate with her in fear of having no place to stay as a result, I later spoke to the manager and he fixed the issue. But additionally, (in room 219 specifically), the AC does not work unless you have the master light switch on by the front door. They were not even aware of this, I had to troubleshoot myself after they reset the breaker twice and had no maintenance on site. I requested a fan which they didn’t have to provide. Don’t get me wrong, the room was SO nice and spacious for being reasonably priced but considering the circumstances made it difficult to enjoy my stay.

Entire building was great! Clean, staff was helpful, great location, room was clean. No issues at all with the room or check-in. Has a nice bar and decent hot breakfast. I’d recommend if you need more than two towels, ask for them at check-in, because three people came by while I was getting my keys and they all seemed very dismayed that their room only had two towels (didn’t bother me, but I guess inconvenient for families). Room comes with a microwave and mini fridge. Would recommend!

Easy to get to. Clean and comfortable. Near an HEB and restaurants. Road noise was audible in our room. They gave us a huge upgrade to a party room which was awesome.

The breakfast was okay but not much options. The pool was closed and that was the whole reason we wanted to stay here.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The room exceeded my expectations. I loved my experience there. Will definitely be staying at the element on my next visit to Austin. 100/100 recommend.

When I called to make a reservation the girl who answered told me she couldn’t book our room and that I needed to go online to make my reservation! Also the pool was not even finished so we couldn’t swim. Then we left after the second night and the guy at the front desk said he couldn’t refund us for the night we didn’t stay and we would have to contact you. The room air was not cool, we were very hot on the last night we stayed.

This is a nice hotel but it is still under CONSTRUCTION. the big beautiful pool pictured was still being built and not ready for use. The parking lot was still under construction with every way but one closed causing major gps problems. I feel like they need to communicate this to people reserving now. It was definitely not worth the price.
