Elementa Boutique Hotel Reviews
“There were about 200 steps too many to get to my room it’s a very poorly designed hotel. Staff are extremely slow replying to emails and they don’t reply to Expedia messages. The room was the smallest I have ever stayed in and I travel a lot, in the photos the room looks a lot larger. Also the hotel is very isolated you need a car to get around there is nothing nearby. The man at the front desk wasn’t very nice either couldn’t be friendly or nice. ”
“Very nice staff, nice pool and great breakfast😍”
“The hotel was overall nice, but I would say it needs a bit of maintenance. The room looked a bit more run down than the pictures (things like chipped paint etc) but nothing too major. The view from the Junior Suite was lovely and really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony at sunset. The breakfast was quite limited (the only option is Turkish breakfast) and as we were staying for over a week this did get boring. The main issue though would be the language barrier as most of the staff did not understand English, so communicating things like the TV remote not working was a challenge. Also, the wait staff were all very young and inexperienced so food service was often slow or non-existent. One waiter would pick his nose and then serve us food which was not pleasant. But overall, the hotel pleasant and the pool area is lovely.”
