Summary: The hotel service was poor — there wasn’t even any tissue in the room. The breakfast staff were very disorganized and inexperienced, and the tables were not cleaned during breakfast. Overall, the hotel felt more like a 4-star rather than a 5-star.

Summary: We had a little problem with communication with the hotel before we arrived but the Yunos, the night shift service manager explained it clearly to us . They even did something courtesy us when we checked out. Ultimately it was an excellent hotel with good staff and care services. Highly recommend it to any one visiting Van.
