The hotel we had originally booked gave out rooms away and we fortunately were able to book last minute.
We had booked two rooms for us and grandkids. When we checked in at 4:45 our rooms were not ready and we had to wait in the lobby. Yes it was beautiful but the check in starts at 4:00 and we were not the only ones who were waiting. Our rooms only had two towels in each room. We had 6 people per room and it was booked accordingly. We also had to call for extra pillows for the pull out. Breakfast was ok, a buffet that the fruit was the best thing. The pool was next to front door which is odd. If you park in the garage be prepared to walk a mile.
This was our first time staying at this hotel. We were with a big group for a family reunion. I will say everyone we encountered who worked here, were extremely nice, helpful, and courteous. Our room was AMAZING! The buffet breakfast was outstanding! Truly a great stay!
