Positive: Very well located. Simple but comfortable and practical. Perfect for a short stay.
Negative: Constant and intense smell of cigarette smoke coming from the apartment below. Not sure if this was a guest or a permanent resident so I have not lowered my rating.
Summary: Comfortable and very well located

Positive: The flat was very clean and centrally located, however, unfortunately, it was not at all easy to access and by no stretch of the imagination was it handicapped accessible. It should be stated in the description that there were so many stairs to get to the upstairs flat. Then, once you struggle with your bags and finally reach the flat, you have another 2 flights of stairs to get to the bedrooms and bathroom. If you have a lot of bags, small children, are elderly, or any mobility issues, this flat would be very challenging. The area is excellent and the flat is very clean, once you are able to reach it.
Negative: Too many flights of stairs. It should have been explained in the description that the upstairs flat was not for anyone with very young children, mobility issues, elderly, or, if you have a lot of bags you will need oxygen after you manage to get your bags up all those stairs!

Positive:
Great location in city center! Host is super friendly, and apartment is clean and spacious.
Great for 1-2 night when exploring Ieper!
Negative:
Bathroom is small, and beds are a bit hard.
Living room/kitchen area is not very cosy/homey, and the lights are too neon/bright - so it doesn't 'invite' guests to hang out and relax.
TV is too small ;)

Positive:
It was very roomy. Great location. Very clean
Negative:
It was so hot and you couldn't set the air conditioning any lower than 18c so it blew out warm air, I stayed at the front of the building so couldn't even open the widow to let cool air in due to the noise from the bar
Summary: Lovely place to stay

Positive:
Clean, close to main attractions, host is super nice and helpful! Our train was delayed almost 2 hours, and got there past 11pm, and couldn’t get a uber to the apartment. The host picked us up at the station. That was very heartwarming, we truly appreciated him!
