The Space:
Brumbys Run by Tiny Away is a comfortable Warragul accommodation option, located just 6 minutes from town and an hour's drive from Melbourne.
Two private tiny houses share a communal BBQ, a fire pit, and a dedicated socializing space. It’s a great setup for two couples or a family group who want their own separate retreats by day and a shared fire to gather around once the evening sets in.
Nearby attractions include Civic Park, Hogget Kitchen, The Coffee Pod, Toorongo Falls, and the iconic Puffing Billy Train, all popular favorites among our guests.
This 190-square-foot tiny home features a lofted queen bed and a ground-floor couch that converts into a single bed. It has easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We would like to inform guests that the main house is quite separate from the tiny house. If you're interested, our property also hosts group events.
As an added note, there will be a second tiny house called "Brumbys Run," located just over 10 meters away, available with 24 hours' notice—ensuring you have even more cozy holiday homes to enjoy.
Guest Access:
Guest will have access to tiny home and its surroundings, including the car parking area provided. If you're looking to visit shops, this retreat is the closest accommodation in Warragul.
SAFETY NOTICE: Guests are advised to keep an eye on their children at all times as the stairs to the loft are quite steep.
