Custom sectional sofa in the living room with a wood burning fireplace. Entry porch has flat screen tv, sofas, and rocker that leads to a small pebble courtyard with cafe table and outdoor shower. The lakefront deepwater dock includes a dining table for 8, small grill, umbrellas, 4 chaise lounges, and a solo stove. Outdoor gravel parking for two cars. 4 private bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Weekly laundry service included for $150 fee. Beautiful village of New Preston just 7 minute drive away. Close to Community Table restaurant, The Owl, 9 Main Cafe....Heaven.
