Welcome to your private mini-hotel: four fully furnished apartments under one reservation, ideal for large groups who want to stay together but still enjoy personal space. Each unit includes a bright living area, a fully equipped kitchen, fast WiFi, dining space, Roku smart TVs, comfortable bedrooms, and modern bathrooms. One unit features a pullout sofa, allowing the entire property to sleep up to 10 guests.
You’ll have exclusive access to the full building, plus two long driveways that can accommodate multiple vehicles with ease—perfect for groups attending events or traveling with work crews. Whether you’re hosting a family gathering, a corporate stay, wedding weekend, or extended visit, this is the ideal setup for comfort, privacy, and convenience.

- Each apartment comes equipped with a fully-stocked kitchen. You will find a self serve coffee nook in each kitchen, as well as all needed essentials for making hot meals. All of the kitchens are also equipped with full-size stainless steel appliances.
- There are large Roku TV's in all of the apartment living rooms, as well as an additional TV in each bedroom as well (studio unit has one large TV).
- The property sits on over 2 acres of beautiful backyard space.
Guests have full private access to all four apartments, both driveways, front and back entrances, on-site laundry room, and the outdoor areas of the property. No shared spaces with anyone outside your group. Keyless smart-lock entry codes are provided for each unit. Guests may park multiple vehicles on either side of the building—ideal for large groups or work crews.
I’m available 24/7 through the Airbnb app, and my phone number is provided after booking. While I operate remotely, my team and I ensure smooth communication, fast responses, and fully managed turnovers. If anything urgent arises, we arrange immediate local support.
No parties or large gatherings beyond registered guests—strictly enforced to respect our quiet neighborhood. Only the guests listed on the reservation may be on the property. Security devices monitor exterior areas for safety. Please review all house rules before booking. Renters’ insurance is encouraged for longer stays. Once you get back, unwind on the balcony most units feature, or head down to the pool and fitness center for a change of scenery. Every suite comes with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and cashless, contactless self check-in via the virtual front desk. A private bathroom, single-room air conditioning, and a full kitchen are featured in every 42–91 m² suite or studio. King beds furnish the 1-bedroom suites, while studios pair a queen with a sofa bed, and select studios add a soaking bathtub. Full toiletries are stocked throughout, and thanks to the in-unit washer and dryer, you’ll be able to travel light.
