“Nothing significant. Everything was very good overall. The reception team was excellent, especially Mohamed. He was very kind, professional, and always helpful, providing great service throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was very good, and the location is perfect and right in front of Taksim with easy access to the metro and tram. The restaurant was also a highlight, offering a very special Turkish food experience. The food was extremely delicious.”
