Eusbett Hotel Reviews
“Eusbett Hotel is a nice hotel and a good place to stay. My one issue with the hotel is that the mosquito net was not properly installed, which meant that I was bitten during the night. I sleep with the window open and did not check the mosquito net.”
“Air conditioner went off during the first night and couldn't be repaired and we had to move into another room. The elevator didn't work either, so all the time we had to climb up stairs to our room which was on the third floor. Maintenance didn't seem in a position to fix this during our entire stay (3 days). Showerhead was faulty (room 2311).”
“This trip, my husband and I have 3 or more issues. No water twice, then slow running water and the bathroom floor was flooded more than twice. Yes, I did contact housekeeping and the thing that really upset me was, when housekeeping had the nerve to ask me, "Do you want me to bring you a bucket of water!" Like what is that especially, when I paid almost $2000 for this stay. I was really upset at this time. When I come to t this hotel, I always stay for 2 or more weeks. Not sure the next time.”
