“Hotel is in good shape w/good sized rooms but there is NO "garden" or any other kind of view. It's in a crap area surrounded by gravel pits & parking lots. Its the only/best choice in town for the Yard festival, so there's no point lying about their views when there really isn't any other decent place to stay. All rooms allow SMOKING on the lil balcony, so although the rooms are represented as "non-smoking" whether your room will reek of smoke depends exclusively on who stayed there before you, not what kind of room you booked. The spa is pointless; it has a pool & a jacuzzi, that's it. There are not many choices of where to eat in the area, but their downstairs bar has pretty good food. The outside pool is a nice hangout.”

“Room was spotless. The negative is that the whole of the hotel was very dark, even the hallways walking to your room. When walking pass the bathroom there was a motion sensor light so rather annoying. ”
