This Beautiful large home has 4 bedrooms,2 baths, Jacuzzi tub and NEW HOT TUB ! NOTE: Summer months July n August the Hot Tub is NOT available.
It is a perfect fit for large groups or 2 family needs for a comfortable stay.
The Master bedroom has a King bed and en-suite bath which has a beautiful corner Jacuzzi tub & large shower stall stall. This bathroom is located on the main floor off of the main living room area.
The main floor has another bedroom with a double bed in it.
The basement has the games room and 2 bedrooms & a 5 piece bath.
The 2 large bedrooms have 2 x double bamboo top beds in each of them and one room has a single bed also.
The games room has a pool table, ping pong table & a fooz ball table.
This home has an open concept Muskoka room in the upper level. A large basement walk out to a 44 x 12 ft deck and the NEW HOT TUB installed in Sept 2025.Hot Tub is Not Offered in July & August
Fall & Winter 2026 /27 Nov- April we supplying partial linens, COMFORTERS, DISH CLOTHS & KITCHEN TOWELS ONLY, We DO NOT SUPPLY Pillow or Towels. There is a dishwasher and dishwasher soap is the ONLY soap we supply.
Summer months, July & August 2026
NO BED SHEETS,PILLOWS,BLANKETS AND TOWELS ARE NOT SUPPLIED

Family reunion OPENING this summer is August 29th - Sept 7 ( up to 40 Guests)
SPRING fishing we have many groups, if you want to organize or inquire about a group fishing trip please do so my March 30, 2026. We have rental fishing boats and package pricing which includes Boat & monitor, Bait,camp firewood and pre arranged food services.
Winter 2026/27 we offer FREE to use our Snow Shoes and Cross country Skis and Boots. There is a small toboggan hill on or property and we do also have some sleighs you can use. The lake freezes in Late December and we have shovels you can use to build an ice skating area. Ice fishing is good out front of the home and if you are an ice fishing person bring your gear to fish, we do not have ice fishing gear.
Winter Nov - May we offer 50% discounted stays over 28 days, Please inquire
The home has a private fire pit area on the lake. we supply the 1st load of wood for free and then they are $20 for each load.
Do Not Transfer bait or wood to our property. It is illegal in Ontario and if you have either we will confiscate it and destroy it. We can supply bait or shop locally there are suppliers in Restoule and Trout Creek on your way to the cottage. It is also illegal to transport bait in Ontario.
