This home is undergoing renovation. The expected completion date is Summer 2023. This renovation includes, a carriage house with a Queen Bed, an outdoor fireplace on the back deck, and a pool!

Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

The living, dining, and kitchen areas share an open-concept floorplan, allowing guests to make the most of their time together. The kitchen, which features beautiful granite countertops, custom ivory cabinetry, and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, offers a spacious place to enjoy preparing meals. The adjacent dining area provides seating for 6 guests at the dining table, with seating for an additional 6 guests at the breakfast bar. In the living area, comfortable seating and a large flat-screen television create an inviting space to gather and relive favorite memories from the day. A spacious laundry room offers a front-loading washer and dryer and a large sink.

The primary bedroom in this home is a beautiful king bedroom on the first floor - which boasts a private bathroom with double sinks, a shower, and a separate soaking tub. This bedroom features French doors, allows natural light into the space, and provides access to the spacious outdoor porch.

Guests will enjoy relaxing on the expansive porches, which are well adorned with comfortable, coastal furnishings. The tree-lined property and peaceful surroundings of WaterColor Forest District invite guests to savor the slow, intentional moments of a 30A getaway.

On the second floor, guests will find a variety of sleeping arrangements. The first guest bedroom offers 2 twin-over-queen bunk beds and a shared bathroom with a large glass-front shower, a single vanity, and lots of towel hooks. The second guestroom features 2 queen beds and shared bathroom. The third and fourth bedrooms, located upstairs, offer a beautiful king bed and private bathroom - one with a shower and the other with a shower/tub combo.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines. Once you get back, unwind on the balcony most units feature, or head down to the pool and fitness center for a change of scenery. Every suite comes with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and cashless, contactless self check-in via the virtual front desk. A private bathroom, single-room air conditioning, and a full kitchen are featured in every 42–91 m² suite or studio. King beds furnish the 1-bedroom suites, while studios pair a queen with a sofa bed, and select studios add a soaking bathtub. Full toiletries are stocked throughout, and thanks to the in-unit washer and dryer, you’ll be able to travel light.
