Express Inn & Suites Reviews
Summary: The staff was very friendly and you can tell they take pride in the property. Our room was massive. We got the room with the 3 beds so each of our teenagers would have enough space. The room exceeded our expectations. The location was fairly close to night life and restaurants.

Summary: The property and room was extremely clean and the staff was super helpful with the room and helping with letting us know about how to get to and from the Oregon Duck game we came to see. A great place for a game at Autzen or going downtown.

Summary: The room was clean and sanitize. Something different about this hotel is not having someone at the front desk for requests. I had to call the manager each time I needed something, which they were prompt to answer the call.

Summary: The phone number on website was never answered. At property the office was closed and locked and there was a handwritten sign w a different number for customer service. It felt disjointed. Room ‘upgrade’was an ageing facility with zero amenities. There are people living permanently in several rooms.
