- This 4-story house requires stairs to access. All bedrooms and bathrooms require interior stairs
- Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras with one above the front main entry door facing the entrance, one on the garage facing the parking lot, and one on the back of the house facing the grassy yard (does not cover the patio and deck). The cameras are outward facing and do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras actively records video while guests are present
- A small barn is located about 1,000 feet from the main house, where a long-term renter lives. These units are completely separate, with no shared space or access. The renter works during the day and is rarely on the grounds Once you get back, unwind on the balcony most units feature, or head down to the pool and fitness center for a change of scenery. Every suite comes with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and cashless, contactless self check-in via the virtual front desk. A private bathroom, single-room air conditioning, and a full kitchen are featured in every 42–91 m² suite or studio. King beds furnish the 1-bedroom suites, while studios pair a queen with a sofa bed, and select studios add a soaking bathtub.
