“First room assigned was undergoing maintenance and not usable. Had to wait quite a while for a new room. The second room had an inoperative hallway light that was never fixed despite being promised it would be fixed. The breakfast was very poor and the coffee was not provided after about 9AM even though breakfast was until 10. The hotel felt run down and several friends were flooded out of their rooms on the last night of the stay.”
