Vat: means the value added tax as imposed by the qatar authority, valid tax invoice: means a vat invoice that meets all the requirements of the executive regulations in the qatar vat law, tax credit note: means a vat credit note that meets all the requirements of the executive regulations in qatar vat law, the parties agree that any amount referred to in this agreement is a reference that amount expressed on a vat exclusive basis, unless indicated otherwise, (a) all amounts expressed to be payable under a finance document by any party to the hotel which (in whole or in part) constitute the consideration for any supply for vat purposes are deemed to be exclusive of any vat which is chargeable on that supply & if vat is or becomes chargeable on any supply made by the hotel to any party under a finance document and such hotel is required to account to the relevant tax authority for the vat, that party must pay to such hotel (in addition to and at the same time as paying any other consideration for such supply) an amount equal to the amount of the vat (and hotel must promptly provide an appropriate vat invoice to that party).please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
