“Amazing stay in every way. Only issue was the customer service at the ”hotels” pool nikki beach, it was completely horrible every single day, but technically it has nothing to do with the hotel even though the guests have access to it. They always said it was full, but when we went to look there was plenty of space. They turned away many hotel guests. If you go, just walk past the mental barrier of being denied entry.”

“Was also disappointed not to have had a full sea room view, only partial considering I paid a high rate for this room. I booked this hotel for the spa mainly as it was supposed to be quite luxurious from my research, however, it wasn’t until we arrived that it turned out to be a couple of sauna/steam pods within the changing rooms for the gym and therefore separate male and female. Staff were friendly, plenty of places to eat or drink, lovely views from the restaurants. Nothing wrong with the amenities, it was just highly disappointing for us for the price, if I’d have known I’d have paid for a more basic room”

“The Fairmont is a nice hotel and close to the casino, but far enough away that you’re not in the middle of the crowded tourists spots directly outside the casino. CONS: 1) Be prepared to walk far to get to the elevators. It’s laid out like a long cruise ship, so if your room is on one end of the building, you will be walking a while to the elevators. 2) The regular pool doesn’t really have a view. It overlooks the alley way, the internal courtyard, and balconies. 3) If you get a room close to the Nikki Beach Pool, be prepared for loud, non-stop music, like a night club all day! Just ask to move to the other side of the building, if that’s not your vibe. Good things: Nobu, the Lobby Restaurant, and the outstanding customer service of the Concierge, Bellmen, Housekeeping, Security, and Receptionists! And, again…the location is great!! It sits on the water; I prefer to see the Mediterranean Sea and the yachts.”
