“The hotel was adorable and clean, the retro feel and free bikes were awesome just didn’t like my room on the end by the public pier it was noisy and the coffee truck (which had great coffee) was right outside my room so very little privacy in the morning. Absolutely stay here but just ask for rooms facing ocean!”

“We were on the first floor and there was no privacy. Walls were thin too.. Not even a coffee maker in the room.”

“Really great to be right on the beach. Beautiful setting. But the beach and in water has lots of rocks. Difficult to walk through or stroll on the beach. But nice when just laying on a chaise. (provided by hotel) Room is very nice and clean. Beds very good. Wonderful to have our dog with us. Staff was having some turnover during the stay. The first day a bit chaotic. They don't provide full view photos of rooms on the website(s) so we couldn't get a handle on size beforehand. In the end, the bedroom was a good size. But not one photo of bathroom. (I've never seen this missing in any other hotels on internet) The bathroom is smaller than expected, but nice and clean and worked well. Everything in room seems updated. Just to know and plan - there isn't a restaurant or food setting. There is a truck in the lot that sells coffee, beverages and pastries. There is a rooftop with furniture on the two level hotel overlooking ocean. It was a full moon. Very nice aspect. This is a very expensive hotel stay.”

“Upon check in the room was clean. The hotel has a beautiful beach area and floats for guests to use. There was a great firepit and rooftop deck we enjoyed drinks on for the sunset. There was free parking and a great little food truck for breakfast. The only downfall was a small bathroom. But we made it work! It was a great little stay and would stay again! Highly recommend! ”

“Private beach and cute coffee/snack bar. Staff was very helpful and friendly. A/C unit was extremely loud and bathroom was way too small, with a lot of wasted space in the room itself.”

“This is one of those hotel experiences you hate to end. Perfect location, the loveliest view, beautiful room, thoughtful amenities, and such welcoming staff. We enjoyed every moment and cannot wait to return. 10/10”

“Our room was up to date fresh, well equipped first floor with queen bed. The sliding doors to the beach and lounging chairs make this place. I very much enjoyed the ease of ambling out to sand and water. The bed was pretty good not particularly great. The bathroom was small and we found little room for toiletries. Staff were nice and helpful. There’s no restaurant on site or close by. Now here’s my biggest problem and the reason I can’t give this place higher rating: The tile floor was ALWAYS WET and cold. At first I thought maybe someone had spilled something or traipsed in water. But I dried it up with all available towels and it just went back to sopping wet. Condensation? Inadequate insulation? Idk. I couldn’t properly get dressed because my white summer dress or linen pants would graze this dirty wet floor and be immediately marked up. Every time I got in the bed I’d have to dry off my feet. I got up in the middle of the night to get a glass of water and went straight down into my back. I’d forgotten the tile floor was wet! That’s so slippery. Right on my back!! STILL sore. We only stayed one night so didn’t really have a chance to see what this was about. I mentioned it to the young man at the front desk upon checkout and he said he’d “look into it.” But we were leaving and had to catch a ferry so not much help.”

“This hotel is in a beautiful location right on the water. There’s a great deck on the roof overlooking the ocean and harbor. There didn’t appear to be handicap access so be prepared to climb some stairs. There’s no restaurant but a cute outdoor trailer serving pastries and drinks. We found a great breakfast place, walking distance but not open every day. Our room didn’t get cleaned. Twice we left the card on the door only to return to find it changed to not clean the room. They said it may have been blown off the door but returned to our door wrongly! The bathrooms were very small and it would have been nice if there was a sheer curtain for the slider and window so we didn’t have to close the room darkening shades. There were lovely fire pits on the beach at night and supposedly s’mores but we never saw them. There were lots of beach chairs and floating devices but the weather was not conducive to lounging or swimming. Perhaps next time. Falmouth is a great city and the Cape has plenty to see and do. Staff were very friendly and helpful.”
