🔹Our waterfront ranch home was built in 2015 with entertainment as the focal point. It's been thoughtfully designed w/ families, groups, & business travelers in mind.
🔸Upon entering, you'll be greeted with a large open concept with vaulted ceilings - kitchen, dining, living room
🔹You'll enjoy a fully stocked and updated kitchen/dining area, you'll find breakfast bar seating with 4 barstools, quartz countertops, and a large dining table that comfortably sits 6-8. This is the perfect area for groups or families to enjoy a feast or play a board game. Also, there's a highchair for the littles.
🔸After brewing your complimentary coffee or heating some tea, you can kick your feet up in the living room and enjoy a view of the water, a wood burning fire, or a Netflix movie.
🔹Step outside onto the spacious deck screened in porch overlooking the False River. You can also enjoy the gas grill, smart TV, and dining furniture in this shaded and bug free area.
🔸Step outside onto the large patio where you can enjoy cozy furniture under a 20x15 pergola, and outdoor fire place. This is an incredibly peaceful spot to hang out and enjoy the beauty of False River.
🔹The dock is gated for children and animal safety in mind, but you can easily walk onto the dock for all water activities, sit at the end in our dock furniture, or hop onto your boat.
🔸Pontoon boat rentals are available from Geaux Outdoors
🔹Let's head back inside and into the bedrooms. The king master bedroom has a 55" TV, attached full bathroom with luxury bath tub, walk-in shower, and walk-out to the screened porch. The other three bedrooms on this level offer 1 king and 2 queen beds, while each has a + 50" smart TV.
🔸Families can enjoy the on site pack n play and 2 queen floor mattresses for additional sleeping spaces

🔸Outside the beauty of our home is an ideal location that offers quiet living while still having close access to restaurants, gas, basic necessities, and entertainment.

lot between each home. Privacy and peace are surround each property.
Getting Around:
BOAT
The Sand Bar is located on the other side of the river, with volleyball beaches and sometimes having live
music. Local restaurants are directly across the water from the property in the town of New Roads, such as
Morels, Satterfields, and Ma Mama's Kitchen.
CAR
You can drive over to St. Francisville and there is another
great spot to eat called The Francis. In the town of New roads there is a Walmart on hospital dr. That is about a 10 min drive from the house.
Other Things to Note:
🔹All overnight guests must be included on the reservation. If you plan to have additional visitors at the property during your stay (such as for a family gathering, birthday celebration, reunion, or hosting local friends), please let us know in advance. Day visitors are welcome with prior approval from the host, and will be charged a a $15 per person visitor fee through the booking platform after your reservation is confirmed. To ensure a great experience for everyone and to comply with our house rules, all visitors must be disclosed and approved before arriving.

🔹Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to inclement weather or personal emergencies. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause
🔸Bird droppings are a regular occurrence on our dock, chairs, and tables, thanks to False River's active waterfowl population. Despite weekly cleanings, keeping them poop-free is a constant challenge for all lake houses. To help, we've provided a water hose and brush at the gazebo for chair clean-ups. Sorry for any inconvenience—just part of lake life!

Your privacy will be respected, but a member of our local team will be available to be on site "if needed" Once you get back, unwind on the balcony most units feature, or head down to the pool and fitness center for a change of scenery. Every suite comes with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and cashless, contactless self check-in via the virtual front desk. A private bathroom, single-room air conditioning, and a full kitchen are featured in every 42–91 m² suite or studio. King beds furnish the 1-bedroom suites, while studios pair a queen with a sofa bed, and select studios add a soaking bathtub. Full toiletries are stocked throughout, and thanks to the in-unit washer and dryer, you’ll be able to travel light.
