“The staff were lovely! They even surprised us with a card and some chocolates for our anniversary. The only downfall was that there doesn’t seem to be enough elevators. The waits were long. And we couldn’t choose the stairs because the fire alarm would sound. A lot of others were also disappointed they couldn’t use the stairs.”

“Hotel was very clean and beautiful. Conveniently located at the mall. Elevators were really slow. Helpful staff, we arrived before check in so they held our luggage and sent me a text when our room was ready. Would certainly stay again if in the area.”
