HEATING & COOLING
Comfortable gas heating and wood burning Swedish stove in the winter. In the summer months, air conditioning provided by two window units, one in the living room, one in bedroom 2, pedestal fans also provided for bedroom 1 and bedroom 3.

DRIVING & PARKING:
Our private driveway is paved with room for multiple tandem parking. During winter, a snowplow comes to clear snow from the uphill driveway.

POOL & LAWN
Lawn is mowed weekly, flower beds tended weekly by a professional gardener, chickens tended to by off-site groundskeeper though you are more than welcome to pay them visits and give them healthy treats. Please Note: OUR ROOSTERS DO CROW

Pool serviced once a week. Please Note: if you wish to heat the pool, a surcharge will be applied based on usage.
Guest access
The garage is used for storage and not useable guest space.

The large bonfire pit in the rear yard is NOT to be utilized by guests. A small metal fire pit is located next to the pool for your enjoyment.
Other things to note
Pool heating is available at additional cost based on usage, typically $300 for weekend or $500 for week usage.

THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY Once you get back, unwind on the balcony most units feature, or head down to the pool and fitness center for a change of scenery. Every suite comes with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and cashless, contactless self check-in via the virtual front desk. A private bathroom, single-room air conditioning, and a full kitchen are featured in every 42–91 m² suite or studio. King beds furnish the 1-bedroom suites, while studios pair a queen with a sofa bed, and select studios add a soaking bathtub. Full toiletries are stocked throughout, and thanks to the in-unit washer and dryer, you’ll be able to travel light.
