Positive: Nice small place close to the center of Stubenberg. Rooms are small but functional - everything required is in place. The rooms are within an ensemble of old houses, located on the ground floor. Easy to access, parking just in front of the house.
Ideal place to stay for a family with one or two kids.
The road is the main access to Stubenberg, but the flat is somewhat away from it and it is very silent at night. Distance to the lake and to shopping maybe a little above 1 km - you could manage it on foot but a bicycle or car is to be preferred.
Negative: The village center has a nice cafe and a bank branch, but other than that there is not much infrastructure.
Summary: Nice place clsoe to Stubenbergsee and the village center.
