Positive:
The staff were incredibly polite friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help this went with every interaction we had across site including cleaners, desk staff, restaurant staff and Spa staff, waitresses in the restaurant were fully up to speed on allergens (wife has a severe dairy intolerance) a small thing that makes a massive difference to our confidence in eating out and helps my wife feel less of a pain when asking. Spa and rooms were immaculate and had great attention to detail and spa experiences were excellent and well run
Negative:
Drink prices were on the high side in the spa but I think this is the world we live in now and actually this was offset by a decent price for food in the restaurant.
Summary: Amazingly Relaxing Stay

Positive:
A great place to stay for all ages. The “funky” spa suites super for younger people, whilst main pub/hotel rooms comfy for a more relaxed stay. Spa facilities amazing and staff very attentive
Very close to the attractions we wanted to visit. Fantastic breakfast!
Negative:
surprised the spa didn’t offer complimentary flip flops with the towels and robes as floor cold and uncomfortable in bare feet
Summary: A wonderful short stay visit, couldn’t ask for more

Positive:
Helpfull friendly staff, clean rooms , nothing to much trouble
Negative:
I understand that the hotel caters for street food each evening but they used to offer a basic pie and mash for us that find certain dishes unpalatable. Be nice if the ffolks reintroduce that option
Summary: Lovely hotel and facilities
