Positive: A nice, comfortable, (partially-) basement apartment. I liked the fully equipped kitchen and the fresh bathroom. It’s just a 10 mins walk through the beautiful park to the city center and the train station. 2 large supermarkets (Aldi and Edeka) just around the corner.
