Flats on Front Riverfront Gem Fast Wi Fi 1F | Apartment in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania

A major amenity for me was the promised “off-street parking.” As we were there for business it was important to us to have our vehicle securely nearby for our three nights. We were informed upon check-in that the parking for this listing was only “permitted and metered” parking on nearby streets (no parking allowed on the street where this listing is). Owner apologized but said the two spaces in the rear lot were not for this listing. I am disputing this with VRBO and have already spent about 80 minutes on the phone with VRBO help agents. Listing should not say parking is available if the only available parking is on a city street that requires permits or meter payments. I would not recommend this place if you have a car.

Parking is paid during weekday given permit parking. fine in evening, weekend. not particularly difficult, i expect would be a different story if it were a busy/holiday weekend. the rugs were really dirty, dirty used dish sponge left out for us and the table needed a wipe down. couch also needs to be cleaned better. the remainder of the property was clean, the kitchen and appliances and bathroom were all very clean. soap dispenser in bathroom didnt work. only one set of towels per person, good appliances and a washer and dryer for use, but really no creature comforts. acceptable for a rental, but I wouldn't give it the highest rating. i really appreciate the location and space, but i honestly get very put off when things arent clean. i picked up the rug to just put it aside, but the floor underneath it was torn up, so i washed it. it was literally a diff color than the same rugs under the couch and bed after being washed. i absolutely don’t expect to have to clean a place when i arrive or even have to reach out to tell the owner it needs a tidy up in one way or another. its a bummer.

What an awesome place to stay. The flat was perfect for my wife and I and our little Chihuahua. The view is awesome and the neighborhood was great for me to get out and walk around taking photos. The host was great.

Very clean and comfortable! I especially appreciated the designated parking spot as parking could be tricky. This was a great stop over spot with my dogs on my way down south.

We booked this wonderful location not once but twice as we headed south to go home after a big trip exploring northern states. Very clean, inviting, and a comfy bed so needed after being on the road all day! Thank you again for your hospitality we really appreciate your kind and instant communication!

The property is beautiful and very clean. It was easy to find and the check in process was fantastic. The bed was very comfortable and the location was perfect.

If the listing says parking available then there should be off street parking available for all three apartments not just for two. The listing could have been worded better so not to confuse. Great location though. Very spacious and comfortable.
