To maintain a peaceful environment, parties are strictly prohibited. Please keep noise levels reasonable, especially in the evening and at night.
*NOISE*
One of the four bedrooms has a window facing the street, so it may not be as quiet as the other three.
This is perfectly normal and very common in Montreal: sometimes you can hear background noise when people walk or talk in the apartment above (without ever being able to understand what they are saying).
We will provide earplugs for your comfort.
*ACCESSIBILITY*
There are 6 steps outside to reach the main entrance. The apartment is then all on one level.
*COMFORT NOTE ( AC )*
The apartment is a half-basement unit, which naturally stays cool during summer months, making air conditioning completely unnecessary.
*PACK'N'PLAY*
Please note that you must bring your bedding for the pack'n'play. Once you get back, unwind on the balcony most units feature, or head down to the pool and fitness center for a change of scenery. Every suite comes with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and cashless, contactless self check-in via the virtual front desk.
